Yes, our coaches work with athletes of all ages and skill sets from a variety of different sport backgrounds including but not limited to track and field, cross country, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, etc. Our coaches have years of experience with athletes ranging in age from 5 years old to college level athletes.
Of course! In fact not only do we coach non-runners, we welcome them! Our coaches can work on a variety of skill sets that are not just running related. For example: general fitness conditioning, strength training, drill work, specific skill sets, and more.
We find that it’s best to commit to a minimum of 4 months in order for our coaches to help you see progress and results. However, if you are not ready to commit to 4 months, let’s talk and see what is best for you and how we can help you!
Certainly! Already knee deep in a plan or working off something that’s worked for you in the past? We can help to fine tune your current plan and give you any extra help you need. We can work with you to take what you have in place and make it even better.

No problem. We know life happens and things come up. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance so we can plan accordingly and set up a time to reschedule with you.
