Do you work with youth and college athletes?

Yes, our coaches work with athletes of all ages and skill sets from a variety of different sport backgrounds including but not limited to track and field, cross country, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, etc. Our coaches have years of experience with athletes ranging in age from 5 years old to college level athletes.

I am not a runner, do you work with non-runners on different skills sets?

Of course! In fact not only do we coach non-runners, we welcome them! Our coaches can work on a variety of skill sets that are not just running related. For example: general fitness conditioning, strength training, drill work, specific skill sets, and more.

What if I don't want to enroll in a 4 month plan?

We find that it’s best to commit to a minimum of 4 months in order for our coaches to help you see progress and results. However, if you are not ready to commit to 4 months, let’s talk and see what is best for you and how we can help you!

I am looking for guidance with a current training plan/program. Are you able to help me work off of my current plan?

Certainly! Already knee deep in a plan or working off something that’s worked for you in the past? We can help to fine tune your current plan and give you any extra help you need. We can work with you to take what you have in place and make it even better.

I just have a quick running related question. Can you help me?

Yes, set up a time to Ask A Coach for a complimentary 15 minute session with one of our =PR= Run Coaches. Need more time? We have an hourly consult plan as well.

I typically run with a training partner, are you able to coach both of us?

Our coaches are happy to work with couples, training partners, etc. If you are looking to train in a larger group, check out our =PR= Training Programs.

What if I am not available for my training session and need to cancel?

No problem. We know life happens and things come up. We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance so we can plan accordingly and set up a time to reschedule with you.

I want to train with a group, is this the right fit for me?

We offer group training through our =PR= Training Programs. Click on ‘Group Training’ in the top right menu of your screen.

I am coming off an injury/surgery and am currently unable to run/train. Are you able to help me with other ways to keep up my fitness level?

Absolutely! Please be prepared to discuss your current injury, past injury/surgery, and then together we can develop a plan that is best and safest for you.

I don't know what plan is best for me, help!
