The program involves a mix of running and other training elements. It will be offered in Arlington, DC, and Reston. Each month will focus on a particular training theme such as strength or agility, while incorporating elements of multiple themes.
You will do some running in this program but the majority of the sessions focuses on cross-functional training exercises you can then repeat at home on your own! You don’t have to be “a runner” to benefit from this class! You can become stronger and reduce your injury risk whether you run a little or a lot.

The =PR= FIT Program is an ongoing program with a monthly repeating fee of $35. The cost includes a weekly coached workout session. You can join at any time – there is no formal start/end date after our initial kickoff in May 2020.

Double up: $60/month. Pair =PR= FIT Program with Interval Program or attend two days a week of =PR= FIT (mix and match locations as available).
