Youth Track Program

Athletes will learn a routine of proper warmup, drills, and stretching, and be exposed to some of the more specific, technical aspects of certain events (starts, form, etc.) Youth Track is appropriate for youth from ages 4 – 14. Although we are unable to consistently offer the “mock meet” we’ve had at times in the past due to space/time constraints at SLHS, smaller timed efforts will be included throughout the program when appropriate.

We do not have a Youth Team program this Spring. Youth with competitive aspirations will be challenged appropriately and advised on outside race opportunities

(Your child’s experience will NOT be compromised if you cannot attend every week.)

March 20 – May 15

8 Week Program | 1 Session Every Week
South Lakes High School
Sundays from 5pm – 6pm
(No session April 17 due to Easter)

Program Cost: $80

The Youth Track Program includes 8 weeks (or as many as you can attend) of coached sessions and a program t-shirt.  We’ve reduced the cost so that it’s economical even if your family misses a week due to vacation or other commitments.
