1 Session/Week: $120
Combine with Endurance/Distance: $225

A typical Interval/Speed session will focus on improving your overall running pace by breaking your run into faster intervals, up-tempo running, hill work, etc.  Some but not all sessions may be held at a track. In addition, we’ll use some basic circuits, drills, and core work to complement the run portion of the training.

14 Week Program
1 Session/Week: $140
Combine with Interval/Speed: $225

Endurance/Distance sessions will offer weekly longer runs in a supportive group atmosphere, sometimes including some faster running as part of the session and can be tailored to different training goals. With the return to in-person racing still gradual, we won’t have a specific schedule with weekend run distances and instead will enable runners focused on races from 5K to long distance to come together.
