8 Week Program 1 Session/Week: $80 Combine with Endurance/Distance: $135
A typical Interval/Speed session will focus on improving your overall running pace by breaking your run into faster intervals, up-tempo running, hill work, etc. Some but not all sessions may be held at a track. In addition, we’ll use some basic circuits, drills, and core work to complement the run portion of the training.
Note: due to darkness, reflective gear and headlamps/other run lights are required to participate safely.

Endurance/Distance sessions will offer weekly longer runs in a supportive group atmosphere, sometimes including some faster running as part of the session and can be tailored to different training goals. With no major spring distance races confirmed, we won’t have a specific schedule with weekend run distances and instead will enable runners focused on races from 5K to long distance to come together.
