The program is primarily track-based and will be offered in Arlington, Burke, DC, and Reston. Each week will include workouts appropriate to improve your base and build your endurance, focusing on improving your lactate tolerance and aerobic capacity. Whether you’re prepping for a 5K or a marathon, adding intensity will help you improve. Beginners can also gain confidence and strength – this program is for everyone!
Those training in one of our weekend distance training programs can add volume and/or intensity focused on building strength for those longer races. When weather permits, coaches will include some true “speed” from time to time as well.
When the track is not available due to HS sports or other conflicts, we will offer an off-track workout.
The Interval Program is an ongoing program with a monthly repeating fee of $35. The cost includes a weekly coached workout session. You can join at any time – there is no formal start/end date after our initial kickoff in May 2020.
Pair Interval Training with our =PR= FIT program or attend two days a week of Interval Training (mix and match locations as available).
