WINTER TRAINING 2021 – 2022

Youโ€™re in a running routine or want toย improve through the winter and prepare for spring with some help! Winter Training is appropriate for beginners and experienced runners alike. It will offer endurance base training and interval/uptempo efforts. You can choose to attend an Interval/Speed Session, an Endurance/Distance Session, or both. As everyone still adjusts post-COVID, we won’t be focused on a particular Spring event. These sessions can get you/keep you going even without a major Spring race goal.
