WINTER TRAINING

You’re in a running routine or want to tackle the winter and prepare for 2021 with some help! Winter Training is appropriate for beginners and experienced runners alike. It will offer endurance base training and interval/uptempo efforts. You can choose to attend an Interval/Speed Session, an Endurance/Distance Session, or both.
